  • Go meat-free at least 1 day per week
  • Not waste my food, and only take the food I am going to finish
  • Advocate for sustainability policies at least 1 day per month
  • Discuss climate change with friends & family 
Why these actions?
 
This recent study led by Yale researchers found that just discussing the issue with friends and family leads them to learn more facts about the climate crisis, which in turn leads to greater understanding and concern about the issue.
