The Office of Capital Programs is responsible for comprehensive project management, which includes strategic planning, consultant selection, design coordination and oversight for all construction at Brandeis. This includes representation of campus interests in the operation and administration of major construction, delivered through multiple project deliver methods.

The Office of Capital Projects provides direction on every aspect of the design and construction process. Project managers are involved from project conception through construction and close-out. Through years of experience, we have established working relationships with local design, engineering and construction companies to assure quality service, responsive designs and sustainable solutions
The Office of Energy and Utilities manages the procurement and distribution of electricity, natural gas and domestic water, and the production and distribution of chilled water and steam for Brandeis University.
