Brandeis offers eligible employees a choice of four medical plans, two dental plans and a voluntary vision plan.

Flexible spending accounts enable employees to pay for eligible health (medical, dental and vision) and/or dependent care expenses with pretax dollars, thereby reducing their tax burden.
Brandeis offers tuition remission — financial help to take undergraduate courses— to many employees and their spouses and children. Employees also are eligible to receive tuition remission for graduate courses.
