Student Support Services

Tutoring Program

Our SSSP Tutoring Program is staffed with Graduate Assistants and Peer Tutors who have excelled in their subjects. We offer tutoring in writing, math, science, or any other class that you might need assistance with. Best of all, we try to meet with you during times that fit your schedule. So, please check the schedule for some of the subjects. In addition to the drop-in hours, you can also make individual appointments for all the subjects. Here a few easy steps to make an appointment and meet with a Peer Tutor or Graduate Assistant as soon as possible!

  1. Stop by SSSP, Kutz 121, pick-up a “tutoring request form”, fill it out, and give it to the Program Coordinator.
  2. Make an appointment to meet with the Program Coordinator to go over your request and “match” you with the Peer Tutor or Graduate Assistant.
  3. Schedule your personal or group appointment.
  4. Meet with your peer tutor or graduate assistant.

For more information about SSSP tutoring, please contact Gerardo García-Ríos at x6-3488 or at grios@brandeis.edu.

These services are offered only to students who are members of the Student Support Services TRiO Program at Brandeis University.
