Food Allergies
Many students arrive at Brandeis University with a history of a food allergy/intolerance; still others are diagnosed for the first time during their college years.
Living in a residence hall away from home, being on a meal plan and eating in the dining halls can be challenging to students with a food allergy/intolerance. Brandeis University Dining Services and Laura O'Gara, RD, LDN make every effort to safely accommodate students with food allergies/intolerances. Students are asked to make an individual appointment with Laura at the health center to evaluate their needs and discuss plans for accommodation.
