Request to Stay Past Closing of Residence Halls
Students are asked to make arrangements for moving out 24 hours after their last final exam each semester. The Department of Residence Life recognizes that some students are unable to leave at this time. Students wishing to stay past the closing date of the Residence Halls must obtain permission of their current Quad Director. Completing this form does not guarantee the ability to stay past the residence halls closing dates. The Department of Residence Life has the right to deny stays. Students staying late will be charged $20.00 a night unless they are working for an approved campus event such as Commencement or Senior Week. Late stay approval will only be made for those with extreme circumstances, as residence halls must be cleaned and ready for summer programs.
