Update on New Title IX Regulations (Aug. 14, 2020)

On May 6, 2020, the Department of Education issued extensive new regulations regarding Title IX. On Aug. 14, 2020, Brandeis University issued new policies and processes to address those changes. These new policies incorporate many of the provisions of the policies and processes that were previously in place at Brandeis, but now are streamlined into three centralized documents that also incorporate the required changes from the new regulations.

On August 21, 2020, a Community Forum was held to provide an overview of the changes to policy and to answer questions from the community about the new policy and processes. You can find a recording of that event here: https://ensemble.brandeis.edu/Watch/z5X7MmRs
