Brandeis Big Siblings partners with Jewish Big Brother Big Sister (JBBBS) to match Brandeis University students in a one-on-one mentoring relationship with youth in the Waltham area. Matches can share meals, play games, do homework, talk, and do other social activities. The relationship focuses on trust, stability, working together, and having fun.
Our program is a Lunch-Time Program is at Stanley Elementary School. Brandeis volunteers go to their Little's school every week for one hour and meet with them during their lunch time.
Population Served: We serve youth at the Stanley Elementary School.
Community Partners: We partner with Jewish Big Brother Big Sister and the Stanley Elementary School.
Transportation: Brandeis volunteers in the Stanley Lunch-Time Program walk to the elementary school.

Volunteer Time Commitment: The Stanley Lunch program requires 4 hours of meeting per month.The volunteer goes to the elementary school once a week, every week, for one hour.
