Theater Lot Changes

Some significant changes coming to the Theater Lot (T-Lot) that will affect parking starting May 18th. Beginning that Monday, approximately 73 parking spaces in the T-Lot will be taken out of service as our construction team, Dimeo Construction, establishes a new drive lane and pushes the construction fence line further into the lot. Some stalls will be blocked off to create this lane, and a new fence line will be set in place. Please note that access through the lot will be maintained at all times, and two parking zones (shown as A and B on the attached diagram) will remain available throughout the summer.
A couple of things worth knowing as you plan ahead: Commencement takes place on May 17th, so the T-Lot will still be used for Commencement parking that day. Construction crews will not begin taking over the spaces until Monday, May 18th at the earliest. Additionally, seniors moving out of Ziv Quad and Ridgewood will be restricted after May 19, 2026.
