Moving Services
Olympia Movers is Brandeis University's preferred vendor for on-campus moves.
All moves must go through Facilities Services by submitting a Service Request. Each service requests goes directly to Olympia Movers who will send the requester a quote. The requester then creates a requisition/purchase order through COUPA and attaches the quote. Invoices are then sent to invoices@brandeis.edu
Olympia may be used for services up to $10,000 with no second quote or sole source required. Anything over $10,000 requires two quotes. Services for $5000.00 and more must be submitted through MarketPlace+.
