A report examining gender diversity among the leaders of the nation’s top research universities places Brandeis University in exclusive company.
Brandeis is ranked #5 out of 130 “R1” research universities and received particular recognition for its high percentage of women academic deans. Four of the five academic deans at Brandeis are women, including Dean Kathryn Graddy, who has led Brandeis International Business School since 2018.
The report also ranked Brandeis #2 overall for its percentage of women academic deans and #6 for its percentage of tenured full professors who are women.
