The 9-month MSF is a 34-credit program. It includes two semesters of coursework, a required field project, and is designed for candidates with a finance background or at least two years of relevant experience.
The 16-month MSF is a 44-credit program. It includes three semesters of coursework, a required internship or field project, and the option to hone skills by selecting one of four concentrations.
Graduate and undergraduate dual degrees are available for students admitted to Brandeis University. Dual degrees allow students to complete two degrees with less credits than are required to earn each degree independently. Learn more.
Students may pursue the MSF program on a part-time basis. Part-time students typically complete eight credits per semester. The part-time status is optimal for students who have flexible schedules as courses are held throughout the day. Students can finish the part-time MSF program in 2-3 years (taking 4-5 classes a year).
