Install and run anti-virus software: if your machine does not have anti-virus software, you must download and run McAfee which is available to the Brandeis community for free. Anti-virus tools will protect your computer from viruses, malware, and unauthorized access.

Accessing Email from Restricted Countries
Using the VPN will allow you to access to Brandeis email in restricted countries:

If this doesn't work, you can forward your Brandeis email to an address that is known to work such as @qq.com, @yahoo.com, and others.

Latte Forums for Communications
Your instructors may opt to continue communications directly through Latte. Latte will be available world-wide, regardless of restrictions to Google in some countries.
