Fall 2019 Courses Taught in Korean

KOR 10A: Beginning Korean

Intended for students with little or no previous knowledge of Korean. This course offers intensive training in basic Korean grammar, speaking, listening, reading and writing. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to communicate about everyday situations in simple Korean.

KOR 30A: Intermediate Korean

Designed to further develop communicative language skills attained in the beginning level courses with intermediate-level reading and writing exercises involving more complicated grammar and vocabulary. Prerequisite: A grade of C- or higher in KOR 20b or the equivalent. Four class hours per week.
