• This space does not have built-in cameras. Video conferencing/recording can be achieved using a laptop's built-in camera or a portable USB camera. For assistance, contact Media Technology Services at mts@brandeis.edu. 

• Audio playback from selected AV source through room's installed speakers. 

Get started by selecting a source

• At the wall touchpanel, press the button for the appropriate laptop connection cable.
• The TV monitor will turn on and display the selected source.   

Laptop Source Options:

• HDMI
• VGA

Source Volume

• Use the "Volume" knob on the control panel to adjust the volume of the room's installed speakers.
• Ensure that audio levels are set properly on the source device (i.e.  laptop). If volume is up on the touch panel but audio level is not present or low, the volume may need to be adjusted on the source device.

• To shut down the system, press the Off button from the control panel.
