Brandeis Scholarships: Scholarship In Memory of the Challenger Crew
In memory of the space shuttle Challenger astronauts, longtime benefactor Jacob Hiatt endowed the Hiatt Challenger Memorial Scholarship for incoming undergraduates. The scholarship provides 75% of undergraduate tuition to a student who exhibits superior intellectual achievement and the promise of developing those qualities that best exemplified the Challenger crew. Committed to education, Hiatt contends that “every dollar contributed to higher-education is the best investment that we can make to assure a healthy and free America…”
