This 10–15 hour asynchronous micro-credential equips learners with the essential project management skills needed to lead and contribute effectively.
Through interactive modules, real-world scenarios, and hands-on planning tools, learners will explore project lifecycles, risk mitigation strategies, communication best practices, and popular frameworks like Agile and Waterfall. Designed for engineers, developers, researchers, and technical professionals, this course bridges the gap between technical execution and strategic coordination.
By the end of the course, learners will produce a mini project plan and gain a digital badge that signals readiness to lead initiatives with confidence and clarity
