Event Support


Representatives from the Department of Student Activities, Conference and Events Services, Public Safety, and the Student Union are present at Event Support Meetings to speak with you about your upcoming event. 

Event Support Meetings are the perfect starting point in your planning process. You will get assistance with contracts, scheduling, security, and other details to help in the success of the event. 

Event Support Meetings are held weekly on Tuesdays from 3 p.m.–4 p.m. in room 315 in the Shapiro Campus Center. Club leaders may drop-in at any time during the hour to discuss their event. The drop-in time period is first-come-first serve.
