If you need to complete an I-9, please schedule an appointment today! If you need to drop off a payment or other documents, please use the drop box outside our lobby door.
SFS Updates
For current students who receive need based financial aid, the FAFSA, CSS Profile, and any supporting documents are due March 1st.
In order to receive your need based aid in the coming academic year you will need to make sure you complete all needed financial documents, which you can find in your Workday account on the Financial Aid Portal.
If you're unsure about a requirement or have any other concerns, please make sure to reach out to our office.
W-2s for 2025 are now available for all student workers, staff, and faculty through Workday. If you would like to receive this by mail you can opt-in to have a physical W-2 sent to your address.
2025 1098-Ts are also available and are available through Workday. They will be mailed by 1/31/26 to any students that have withdrawn or graduated. If this is not received by mid February, you can request the 1098T through this form.
SFS presented a webinar about the 2025-2026 financial aid application process for continuing undergraduate students on February 10, 2025. The webinar included details about the 2025-2026 financial aid application process for continuing students, how last year's FAFSA changes are affecting this year's application, the appeal process, emergency funding, and other related topics. Until further notice, Brandeis will not accept cash payments. We continue to receive e-check and credit card payments through the Student Account Center. Review our payment options for more information.
We also coordinate all hourly on-campus student employment and maintain an up-to-date listing of all available on- and off-campus job opportunities.
