Anne Lawrence Retires!Anne

NEJS Senior Administrator, Anne Lawrence, retires from Brandeis in December 2009 after 20 years. Eleven of those years were spent in NEJS helping hundreds of students wend their way through numerous degree requirements to Commencement. She loved every minute of it, and it showed. Dozens of friends and co-workers came to her retirement party to congratulate her and enjoy her favorite treat, hot fudge sundaes.

Pictured here with Anne is her daughter Abbie, a Brandeis alum now settled with her young family in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She gave Anne some advice and amusing reference books to help Anne's transition to her new home in Ann Arbor and her new title as "Nanny."  We wish Anne all the best!

Partnership with Interfolio, Inc.

NEJS has partnered with Interfolio, Inc., the nation's leader in electronic portfolio services, to provide an entirely web-based reference letter service for all graduate students and alumni.

Through this web site, students and alumni can set up their electronic portfolios and access them 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any location. The electronic portfolio provides a convenient way to request letters of recommendation and mail them out to prospective employers.

It takes just two minutes to create an account and begin building your portfolio immediately. Account set-up and maintenance fees are as low as $19 per year plus a modest fee for each mailing.
