Title Pages should contain the following basic information:
Author, title of thesis, date, and department name(s)
The Archives copy must be turned in in paper (no digital copies accepted) and unbound. It will be professionally bound by the library. No spiral bindings, binders, or soft cover bindings will be accepted.
All theses should be accompanied by the Release Form provided in the right sidebar. This form acknowledges that the student has given us permission to retain the thesis. Students are encouraged to sign the bottom section of the form granting us permission to make copies, but this is not a requirement. In either case, a form should accompany each thesis turned in.
When and Where:
Theses may be turned in by the student or by the department in a group. They may be hand delivered between 9-5 Monday- Friday to the Archives located in Goldfarb Library one floor down from the main entrance. They may also be sent via inter-campus mail to University Archives MS 045. There is no deadline for turning in theses. Students should not correct the thesis as the copy in the Archives should be the same as the copy handed in to the department.
