Description Throughout the year, the U.S. Department of State offers up to 1,000 internships to U.S. citizens at diplomatic facilities around the world, at its headquarters in Washington DC, at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations and other offices in New York City, and other Department facilities in cities throughout the United States.Participants in the internship program help advance the mission of the U.S. Department of State to shape and sustain a peaceful, prosperous, just, and democratic world and foster conditions for stability and progress for the benefit of the American people and people everywhere.Brandeis University students interested in learning how their education, perspectives and knowledge can contribute to the important work of the State Department are encouraged to attend this information session with Diplomat in Residence for the New England region Jon Danilowicz. Prior to the session, interested students are encouraged to explore the resources available online.

Description Dance-based aerobics using up-tempo Latin music styles such as Pop, Hip Hop, Latin, and international rhythms and beats to party ourselves into shape. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms and abdominals.
