Course Sequencing Guidelines

The Management of Projects and Programs degree requires that:

  • RPJM101 Foundations of Project Management be taken as the first course, preferably alone.
  • RPJM103 Advanced Scheduling and Control must be taken no later than two semesters after RPJM101.
  • All required courses must be completed before the elective courses, though if necessary, the last required course may be taken concurrently with the first elective.

While these are the formal requirements, the following table presents a recommended sequence of required courses as you progress through the program. Note that you are not required to follow this sequence; it is presented for your consideration, given the relationships among the required courses and their outcomes.
