Can I take GPS classes without being formally accepted into a degree or certificate program?
Yes. Students are allowed to take up to two GPS courses on an open-enrollment basis. See our Apply for Admission pages for more details.
How do I register for courses?
You can register online, in person, by mail or by fax. See our Register pages for more details.
In order to access LATTE you must have a Brandeis UNet account, which you will receive after registering for your first course. See LATTE Resources pages for more information.
How do I obtain a parking permit?
Free parking permits are available from our office.
While taking classes at Brandeis, may I use university facilities and participate in campus activities?
Yes. GPS students are entitled to the same services that Brandeis provides for its students. A Brandeis student ID is required.
How do I view my grades online or request a transcript?
Grades are available online at the end of each semester through SAGE, and official transcripts are issued by the University Registrar. For more information, see the Grades and Transcripts page.
How do I request an itemized financial statement for reimbursement purposes?
GPS usually sends out financial statements each term to enrolled students. If you need a copy of your statement, or an itemized statement for reimbursement purposes, please use the Request Itemized Statement Form.
Different companies often require different information for reimbursement. Be sure to check with your employer to find out exactly what type of information they require before submitting your request.
