Important message regarding Health Report and Immunizations

Effective Monday August 18th:
All students who have not submitted their required Brandeis Health Report will have a medical registration hold placed on their account. This includes any individuals who have outstanding required immunizations or other pertinent documentation. Please fax all missing documents directly to the Health Center at 781-736-3675 asap.

REGISTRATION HOLDS CAN NOT BE REMOVED UNTIL HEALTH FORMS ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH MASSACHUSETTS STATE LAW.

Please understand that it may take up to 24 hours to remove any Health Hold due to the high volume of students who require assistance. Thank you!
