Reasons for position reviews include:
- Job Reclassification
- Title Change
- Replacement Position
- New position
- Promotion
Requested paperwork for reviews may include:
- Position Review Form (fillable PDF)
- Job Description Essential Functions and Checklist (JDQ) - highlight the differences between the old and new positions
- Organizational Chart
Please note: A Position Review Form is not required for temporary positions.
If you would like to request a review, please complete a Position Review Form and return it to Lori Dougherty in the Office of Human Resources via interoffice mail or email Lori Dougherty.
