Position reviews (with or without a pay adjustment) are conducted by the Director of Compensation.
Reasons for position reviews include:
- Job Reclassification
- Title Change
- Replacement Position
- New position
Requested paperwork for reviews may include:
- Position Review Form (fillable PDF)
- Job Description Essential Functions and Checklist (JDQ) - highlight the differences between the old and new positions
- Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Position Review (Word doc)
- Organizational Chart
Please note: A Position Review Form is not required for temporary positions.
