Welcome to Procurement Services for Brandeis University. The Procurement Team hopes you will find the information here helpful in "getting things done" at Brandeis. In the following pages you will find the basics policies and procedures for acquiring goods and services, and using our Procurement or Corporate Card program.
The mission of the Procurement Department is to supply the Brandeis community with expertise, policies, and procedures to ensure goods and services are available in a timely, cost effective manner. Be it the purchase of equipment or the acquisition of supplies, we are further charged with the responsibility to manage these acquisitions in accordance with all appropriate government and private agency requirements if applicable.
Procurement Services is in the process of developing tutorials to help you with filling out requisitions, P-card usage, contracts, vendor websites and many more.
