Leadership Opportunities
The Department of Residence Life is committed to leadership development and student empowerment around the Core Values of our Division (Citizenship, Integrity, Respect, Civility, Lifelong Learning, and Embracing Diversity). Within this framework, we offer a number of leadership opportunities.
As integral members of the Residence Life staff, CAs endeavor to foster safe, healthy residential environments supportive of students' personal and academic growth. Being a CA is an excellent learning experience but also requires a commitment of time and energy. Quad Councils are one of the ways in which we hope students will take ownership of their communal spaces and help them grow into vibrant residential communities. Quad Councils are a great way to enact positive changes in the very place that you live.
