Hailed by The Boston Globe as "one of the Boston music community's indispensables" and by The New Yorker for the "expressive intensity" of its interpretations, world-renowned vocal ensemble Blue Heron comes to Brandeis for an extraordinary performance of late medieval music.

This concert is the culmination of the two-day workshop/residency, "Texture, Surface and Line: The Listener's Experience of Late Medieval Music," with Blue Heron and experts in medieval music including Margaret Bent, David Catalunya, Karen Desmond, Lawrence Earp, Jared Hartt, Jesse Rodin, Anne Stone and Anna Zayaruznaya.
