Schedule an Assessment

Under 18?
If you are under 18 years of age, we need a parent’s permission to treat you. Please have a parent fill out the Student Agreement. Upload a signed copy to the Secure Patient Portal or, if you prefer, fax it to us at (781) 736-3731.
Before Your Appointment
If you have relevant medical or psychiatric history documents to share, you can upload beforehand to the Secure Patient Portal. You can also submit your current insurance information.
What to Expect
During your assessment, you will meet with a clinician who will, together with your input, help to determine the best treatment recommendations (type and frequency of therapy) for you. This plan is tailored specifically to your unique needs.
All students who are interested in receiving medication through the BCC also need to be engaged in therapy and should follow the same process for scheduling an initial assessment.
Urgent Need?
During the academic year, if your need is urgent and you need to be seen before your scheduled assessment, you may use our urgent care services.
