Therapy

A therapist talks to a patient

Brandeis Counseling Center offers in-person therapy as well as telehealth. The first visit is called an Assessment, subsequent visits are called Individual therapy. In therapy appointments you will work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Therapy is personalized to suit an individual's unique needs.
