Brandeis International Business School

FEI, International Business School partner to enhance career preparation

FEI Career Services Programs offered graduate students the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of networking and resume writing at FEI’s career professional seminars

Financial Executives International’s (FEI) Career Services Programs offered graduate students at Brandeis International Business School the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of networking and resume writing at FEI’s career professional seminars, thanks to generous invitations from company executives Jim Reilly, Al Faber and Mark Liuzzo.

At the International Business School – a Waltham neighbor of FEI – graduate students leave prepared to enter the world of global finance in successful careers across industries and borders. They move forward in their careers with a firm grasp and understanding of the interplay of economic and political forces, and with an eagerness to make an impact across global markets in significant areas such as transfer pricing, data analytics, financial modeling and business intelligence, risk management and portfolio risk assessment. Given the synergy between both institutions’ missions, International Business School Senior Associate Director of Career Advising and Mentoring, Geri Brehm, saw an advantage in local collaboration.

The business school boasts a faculty of renowned scholars, seasoned practitioners and inspiring teachers who bring unmatched expertise to the classroom and to their research in global finance, international banking, microcredit lending, business and the environment, and strategic investment analysis.  The school’s faculty are thought leaders who create new financial models for understanding complex markets,  conduct award-winning research and spearhead fields of scholarship like cross-cultural fluency and microfinance. Armed with the knowledge passed on by their professors, International Business School students leave with the knowledge, skills and real-world experience needed to make immediate, meaningful contributions to the companies and organizations they work for.
