Brandeis International Business School ranked among top business schools

Brandeis International Business School gains in global rankings

As this year’s business school rankings are released, Brandeis International Business School’s master’s programs in business, economics and finance are being widely recognized as among the best in their fields. These results reinforce Brandeis University’s reputation for consistently ranking among America’s top 35 universities.

“We design our programs to yield excellent results for students, and we appreciate this recognition,” said Interim Dean Peter Petri. “These rankings speak to the comprehensive quality of a Brandeis International Business School education – not only in academics, but throughout the entire on-campus experience.”

Brandeis International Business School is well regarded for developing specialized master’s programs that offer students with limited experience a boost in highly desirable careers. The school was an early innovator in these degrees, and this enabled it to build a well-recognized, highly personalized MBA, distinguished, in part, by offering access to advanced specializations and leveraging the school’s strengths in business, economics and finance.

  • The school's Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance (MA) – Lemberg Program – was ranked #2 in the United States and #22 in the world by the Financial Times in its global rankings of finance programs announced this past summer.
  • The Brandeis Master of Science in Finance (MSF) program was ranked #5 in the United States by TFE Times’ 2018 Top Masters of Finance Programs earlier this month, placing it in the top 10 for the third year in a row.
  • The MBA was named one of the best business programs in the world in this fall’s edition of the Princeton Review. The Brandeis MBA was praised for strong academic achievements and its students were recognized as fourth in North America in the “Most Competitive Students” category. Earlier this month, the Brandeis International Business School MBA was selected for Corporate Knights’ Top 40 2017 Better World MBA list, celebrating the school’s long-standing commitment to education with purpose.
  • The new Brandeis MS in Business Analytics (MSBA) program is not yet ranked since it will be offered for the first time in Fall 2018, but it will build on faculty and courses already associated with the highly ranked MA.

Brandeis International Business School, located outside of Boston, welcomes students from throughout the United States and around the world into its innovative and diverse community. The current student body includes representatives from over 40 countries.
