Juan Marcelino joined the Boston law office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner. He focuses on securities enforcement matters, representing corporate entities, officers and directors in matters involving insider trading, financial reporting and securities law violations. Kimerly Rorschach was named the Illsley Ball Nordstrom Director of the Seattle Art Museum. She had served for eight years as founding director of the Nasher Museum of Art (formerly the Duke University Museum of Art), where she oversaw a $23 million building program and established a robust acquisition program in contemporary art. She has also led the David and Alfred Smart Museum of Art at the University of Chicago, and held positions at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Kim is president of the Association of Art Museum Directors and a trustee with the American Federation of Arts in New York.
