Len Gerzon, a senior property-taxation consultant at Northeast Utilities, was elected chair of the New Hampshire Assessing Standards Board. The panel develops standards of practice and administrative guidance for property taxes in New Hampshire. Len’s wife, Nancy, has co-authored a book, “Growing Into Equity,” with Sonia Caus Gleason. The book examines how a framework of equity, social justice and education personalization can improve education outcomes in low-income school districts.
