Richard Schwartz works with his brother, Andrew, at Schwartz & Schwartz, a Woburn, Mass.-based accounting firm that specializes in working with health-care professionals and their practices. Prior to joining his brother in 1993, Richard worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ethan Steinberg joined Moffett Research to lead the independent equity research firm’s West Coast office. He spent 10 years in institutional sales at San­­ford C. Bern­stein & Co. Ethan is a member of the California Bar, and began his professional career practicing transactional law before leaving to found an educational software company. He subsequently held a number of senior sales and business development positions at venture-backed technology companies in Silicon Valley. He earned a JD from Stanford Law School, where he was a law review editor.
