Dr. Keishalee Shaw is a strategic business, technology, and responsible AI leader with more than 15 years of experience guiding complex healthcare, technology, and research initiatives in highly regulated environments. She is the Founder and Principal of STRATA Responsible AI, where she advises organizations on translating AI ethics, principles, and regulatory requirements into practical governance frameworks, operational controls, and audit-ready processes.

Previously, Dr. Shaw spent over a decade at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where she worked on enterprise AI governance efforts, supported generative AI risk assessments, and partnered across engineering, legal, compliance, and product teams to enable ethical and compliant AI adoption. Her background spans enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, risk management, product leadership, and large-scale program execution.

In addition to her industry leadership, she is an Adjunct Professor at Brandeis University, where she teaches business intelligence, strategic decision-making, and artificial intelligence, and supports the development of graduate-level applied data science programs. She holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Leadership, multiple graduate degrees in healthcare management and analytics, and certifications in AI product design and responsible innovation.

Her work sits at the intersection of AI governance, organizational strategy, and workforce readiness, helping leaders move from principles to practice as AI becomes embedded in core business operations.
