Information For Parents

During our programs, we encourage participants to be in contact with family but also to take this time on campus to explore their interests and be present in this experience. If you need to reach your participant, do not hesitate to give our office a call or send us an email. We will also email parents and guardians our emergency on-call number in advance of the program.

Summer Preparation

Be sure to submit all of the necessary forms for your student before the summer starts. You can see these on their secure account online.

As you prepare your student for their time on campus, be sure to review our packing list.

When your student arrives to campus, we will be available to greet them and show them to their residence hall. If you are not traveling with your student to campus, that is not a problem – we can pick them up from Logan Airport or the nearby train station. All of this travel information is detailed on your student’s secure travel form online.
