Lewis H. Brooks ’80, P’16

Lewis retired from DDB Worldwide, one of the world’s most awarded and largest advertising networks, after nearly 30 years. He was the Global Chief Information Officer, responsible for technology initiatives in nearly 75 offices around the world. He has served on the Brandeis Alumni Association's Board of Directors since 2011, first as a member at large, and subsequently as a vice president. He served as president of the Alumni Board from 2019 through 2023. He currently chairs the Alumni Board's nominating committee and serves as immediate past president.
Mr. Brooks is an avid photographer, and took many thousands of pictures of his classmates and friends during his time at Brandeis. He produced highly poplular slideshows beginning his first year on campus, and he continues to share them at class reunions. He also serves as the correspondent for his class. Brooks received his BA from Brandeis in psychology and is married to a fellow alumna Denise Silber Brooks '84, P '16.
