Stephen Reiner is an attorney and consultant. He is the director, treasurer and secretary of The Jerusalem Foundation, Inc. in the United States.

Additionally, Reiner is director of the UJA Federation of New York; the World Confederation of Jewish Community Centers; Maccabi USA/Sports for Israel; the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services; and the Jewish Community Centers Association of North America. He is the chair emeritus of the Jewish Communal Network Commission as well as the chairman and director of Kings Bay YM/YWHA. Reiner is a past chair and member of the JCC Maccabi Games-Continental Governing Body.

Reiner is a recipient of the Brandeis Alumni Leadership Award in 1990, the Brandeis Alumni Association Service to Association Award in 1996 and the Friends of Brandeis Athletics Charlie Napoli Distinguished Achievement Award in 2006.

Reiner received his B.A. from Brandeis University and his LL.B. from New York University Law School. Reiner was admitted to NY State Bar in 1964.
