BGI Seeking Applicants for 2011 Undergraduate Fellowship Program
The Brandeis-Genesis Institute for Russian Jewry (BGI) is now seeking applicants for its undergraduate fellowship program for students who will enter Brandeis University in fall 2011.
The BGI undergraduate fellowship offers a renewable four-year scholarship of $20,000 per year to Russian-speaking students who wish to be of service to the Jewish community who will enter the program in Fall 2011.
During their careers at Brandeis University, BGI undergraduate fellows organize and participate in activities and projects designed to strengthen the Russian-speaking community and to build connections to the Jewish world.
Selection for the BGI undergraduate fellowship is based on academic achievement and leadership potential. There is no separate application. Interested candidates can indicate their interest in any appropriate place in the Brandeis undergraduate admissions application, or by contacting the BGI office.
