Office of Global Affairs

The Office of Global Affairs (OGA) was created in 2007 to enhance collaboration between the Brandeis community and support international activities, programs, research and service. The OGA will build connections between the University's many ongoing activities in the international arena, strengthen the public profile of our global programs, identify new resources for international projects, and develop a strategic vision for "Global Brandeis."

Communications
In collaboration with the Department of Global Communications, the OGA produces web-based and print resources.

Committees & Groups
The OGA is supported by a cross-campus advisory committee.

Memberships & Associations
Brandeis University and its international offices are members of numerous international education organizations and associations.

Global Brandeis Fund
The OGA provides limited seed funding for the long-term development of cross-campus and overseas relationships.

Regional Development
The Office of Global Affairs works with numerous other offices around campus to develop a strategic approach to Brandeis University's global partnerships and engagement.

Symposia
From time to time, the office coordinates university-wide discussions of internationalization issues.

Education Resource Center
The OGA is compiling a library of research and practice resources on international higher education and globalization.
