WOW Application Timeline
On or before February 29, 2008at 12:00 noon - Priority Deadline

Applying to WOW has a two part-process. You must (1) complete the WOW on-line application and (2) deliver a package in person to Hiatt with the following paper copies: two (2) letters of recommendation in sealed envelopes, the Internship Offer and Agreement letter from the potential internship sponsor/supervisor, academic transcript, and your resume.
On-line:
Paper Copies - Deliver in Person to Hiatt- Submit two (2) letters of recommendation: one from a current or recent supervisor (for example, on- or off-campus job supervisor, laboratory supervisor, project manager) and another from a Brandeis faculty member or administrator. Both letters of recommendation may be from a Brandeis community member. Letters of recommendation should not be written by friends or peers and will not be accepted.
- Internship Offer and Agreement letter from the sponsor/supervisor at your proposed internship. This internship offer letter must accompany your application materials by the deadline.
- Academic transcript (unofficial or official - contact the Registrar's Office for information)
- Resume

Priority applications will be reviewed by WOW selection committee

2nd Deadline for WOW Applicants

Priority applicants will be notified by email of the selection committee's decision
March 31, 2008
Selected Fellows submit email or letter to Hiatt from host organization reconfirming the internship (details about this communication will be sent to Fellows)
April 2008
2nd wave of applicants notified by email of the selection committee's decision
April 2008
Fellows attend a required Internship Pre-departure workshop
September 2008
Fellows complete and submit Final Report to Hiatt
Fall Term 2008
Fellows create and present individual Final Projects to the Brandeis community
