Brandeis On The Move
Brandeis On The Move, sponsored by the Office of Human Resources as part of the university's Wellness Program is a team-fitness challenge designed to encourage exercise, health and fitness at Brandeis University. Each team is composed of five employees.
Give your team a catchy name, select a captain (someone who will motivate the team to exercise and submit logs on time) and then e-mail your team roster to the Benefits department at tcarey@brandeis.edu.
Human Resources will provide the necessary forms to enroll in the program. If you need assistance finding a team, Human Resources will attempt to match you with other employees who are looking to participate.
What’s Involved?
Brandeis On The Move will start March 4, 2013 and run till April 28, 2013. At the end of each week, all participants should record the minutes they spent on their activities; team captains will forward the totals to the Benefits department at tcarey@brandeis.edu.
Submitting Your Team's Weekly Log
Each Monday, team captains should submit their team’s exercise log to the Benefits department at tcarey@brandeis.edu. Team points will be posted on the Web site.
Brandeis On The Move Reception
All participants are invited to attend the Brandeis On The Move Reception and Awards Ceremony to celebrate their achievements. The time and location of the reception will be announced. Prizes will be awarded during the competition.
