Rebecca Hersch


Rebecca Hersch ’19, from Edison, NJ is majoring in Sociology and Near Eastern and Judaic studies (NEJS) with a minor in Religious Studies. Outside of the classroom, she volunteers with Waltham Boys and Girls Club and works as an admissions ambassador, host and chatter. Rebecca hopes to spend the spring 2018 semester in Cape Town on a sociology service-learning program. As a UDR, Rebecca is eager to help other students explore their passions and assist those curious about religious studies.

Lily Wageman


Lily Wageman ’18, from Princeton, NJ is majoring in International and Global Studies with a minor in Religious Studies. On campus, she is currently involved with Habitat for Humanity, Companions to Elders, Brandeis’ The Hoot, and has served as a Liaison Leader for the Gateway Scholars Program.  Her studies focus on East Asian religions and history, and she has taken two years of Chinese language at Brandeis.  Lily hopes to study abroad in London during spring 2017. In her role as UDR, Lily is excited to serve as a resource and liaison for any undergrad, especially those interested in exploring religious studies.
