Mentoring, Culture Change Programs and Retreats

C-Change offers the design and implementation of innovative and reliably effective mentoring programs for faculty.

Programs employ collaborative styles of learning and career development for early career, mid-career and senior faculty. Programs can be structured for groups of faculty to convene monthly or quarterly.

C-Change develops and implements practices to support culture change focusing on collaboration, inclusion and diversity, and mentoring in academic health centers.

Dr. Pololi works with faculty and leaders to develop programs and retreats most responsive to institutional and personal needs. Development of skills such as mindfulness and reflective practice, collaboration, listening, negotiation, leadership, and diversity is woven through the programs. The experiential programs engage participants through effective learning and novel dialogue strategies. Trusting and supportive relationships develop among participants and these, along with newly-found skills and vitality, are taken back into the medical school and hospital environments.
