- VoteDeis Campus Coalition: A nonpartisan Brandeis coalition supporting voter registration and voting.
- Waltham Group: The Waltham Group is a network of student-run volunteer programs on a local, regional, and national scope. Hundreds of students volunteer each year through the Waltham Group, which serves as a center for service and advocacy.
- Food Resources: Get connected with food insecurity programming at Brandeis and beyond.
- Community Engagement Pathways: Brandeis offers a variety of exciting community engagement pathways for students. This includes opportunities for engaging the campus community as well as engagement with community partners.
When Martin Luther King Jr. Visited Brandeis
While Martin Luther King Jr. is honored nationwide every third Monday in January with a federal holiday that bears his name, his legacy as a civil rights activist holds a particularly special place at Brandeis.
MLK visited campus three times, in 1956, 1957 and 1963, to lecture about justice, nonviolence and racism in America.
