Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

What We Do

The Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is committed to working collaboratively with our campus community to assess and support its strengths and needs in an effort to build high-quality programming that evokes social change.

Strategies, processes and initiatives that further institutional diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) outcomes are creative and flexible. While it is essential that there be a unifying strategic thread that links all campus departments, DEI outcomes and processes are developed based on the particular strengths and needs of individual academic, professional and social campus communities.
