ENACT is excited to announce the second annual ENACT Student Summit, taking place Tuesday April 21, 2026 from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm Eastern.

The ENACT Student Summit brings together students and alumni of ENACT courses across the country for a virtual gathering to share insights and experiences from their civic engagement journeys.

Students are invited to submit a video about their experience in an ENACT course, for the chance to win a $500 prize.

Videos should be short and engaging (maximum 3 minutes) and respond in an innovative manner to one of the following prompts:

  • Depict the biggest lesson you learned (ex: civil discourse, advocacy strategies, etc.) and/or most empowering experience you had from your ENACT course; or
  • Pitch your bill and what you would like interested citizens to do to help pass the bill.

Videos require approval from the student’s ENACT course instructor before submission. Selected videos will be showcased at the summit.

The creators of the top videos (judged by summit attendees) will receive a $500 prize per video. Students who submit a video and attend the summit also will be eligible for additional prizes. Plus, all summit attendees will have the chance to win prizes. View 2025's winning video here.

The deadline for video submissions is midnight on April 14, 2026. ENACT is currently accepting submissions. For any questions, please reach out to ENACT@brandeis.edu.

Open to ENACT-affiliated students, alumni, faculty and staff.
