How to Conduct an Effective Performance Review

This workshop will provide managers with the tools and information necessary to conduct an effective performance review, even while working remotely. Participants will learn the following:
- How to accurately document performance.
- How to provide effective feedback to employees.
- How to write a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
- How to assess professional development and training needs.
- How to continue to motivate your employees.
- How to conduct difficult conversations with employees who need to show improvement.
