Staff Open Session on 2020 HR Programs and Policy Changes-Video Links

Starting in 2020, the Office of Human Resources rolled out new and revised policies, rewards and benefits programs. To help the community understand these changes, BUSAC and the Office of Human Resources co-sponsored sessions to provide an opportunity to discuss these policies and benefits and ask questions. Specifically, the sessions covered revised policies on staff internal transfers and promotions; consensual relationships; and tuition remission for staff and faculty, as well as the policy regarding telecommuting and alternate work schedules; on-the-spot reward program; new benefits for post-doctoral associates and benefit improvements for post-doctoral fellows; and the dependent care program. One of the sessions was video recorded and divided by subject as follows.
